The Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dance is a two year programme which allows you to progress onto a Degree level course, audition for dance colleges or to provide you with skills to find employment. The programme is structured so that in the first year you achieve a 90 credit Diploma which is then topped up to an Extended Diploma at the end of the second year.

The Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Dance) encompasses a variety of dance styles giving every student an excellent grounding in being a versatile dancer alongside developing individuality and performance skills. The course provides training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, commercial and lyrical styles and students work in an highly vocational environment. Tutors are specialist to their teaching areas, having worked in a variety of avenues such as  music videos, West End Shows, tours and cruises.

ESPA provide a supportive environment that fosters not only the artistic development but also intellectual and personal development within all its students. The training is based around practical sessions and performance experience, where skills and techniques are brought together. Students will also study the historical, stylistic and professional aspects of the industry. 

You will perform in the full school showcase during the first year along with experiencing industry workshops from guest tutors.
